Search WIPO Cases and WIPO Panel Decisions
WIPO also publishes a comprehensive Index of WIPO UDRP Panel Decisions. This allows very specific searches and is an excellent research tool. For example, you can search by domain name categories (eg associations, industry and commerce, GI’s, education etc). It also allows you to search for decisions on many procedural issues (for example, parties, multiple complainants, multiple respondents) as well as specific legal questions such as trade marks (with sub categories registered, unregistered, GI’s etc), constructive notice, pattern of conduct etc.
